For the second time at the Anuga Food Tec, the conference "Sustainable Packaging - SusPack 2012" is taking place from March 29th - 30th , 2012 (Cologne, Germany).

At the two-day conference current issues and solutions for sustainability in the packaging industry will be presented and discussed. The focus is on bio-based packaging: Where and in what form have they been able to establish? What benefits do they bring? What has to be considered in the use? And finally, what innovations, trends and potentials are becoming evident.

SusPack-Award

During this common event with Anuga FoodTec, for the first time nova-Institut GmbH will offer the "SusPack Award" for the most innovative and sustainable packaging solution which have had a market launch in 2011/2012. After pre-selection by a participants jury the winner to be elected by the first conference day and awarded during the evening reception.
