I am happy to share the latest version of the programme for the upcoming 8th EStALI Experts’ Forum 2010 with you. All remaining speaking slots have now been filled: As far as the workshop on 9 June is concerned the faculty – Michael Schütte, Schütte Law (chair), Ulrich Soltész, Gleiss Lutz, and Alexander Winterstein, Assistant to the Director General of DG COMP – will be supported by Bernd Martenczuk from the Legal Service of DG COMP.
