We would like to draw your attention to the seminar we are organising on 1 September on "the implications of the Lisbon Treaty on the EU decision-making process". This seminar takes place at the Renaissance Hotel, Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels, from 14.00 to 18.00. Please find enclosed the invitation including background information and a detailed programme.
