Now that the summer break is over let me remind you of Lexxion’s upcoming 4th EFFL Conference taking place in six weeks time, Thursday and Friday, 14 & 15 October.
This year the focus is on the Challenges of Consumer Information and you will have the opportunity to learn more – and, of course, discuss – about voluntary information of the consumer, consumer information beyond food law, challenges of the food information regulation, principles for the interpretation when it comes to health and nutrition claims and so forth. The one and a half day programme is divided into the following three sessions:
