27 Jan 2011, Brussels, Belgium
Aims of the conference

- the policy re-orientations anticipated or under consideration for the FP8
- evolutions in funding allocations to the international co-operation dimension
of EU research policy
Afternoon session
The afternoon session will consist of four separate thematic working groups focusing on current issues arising the fields of biotechnology, energy, the environment and nanotechnology. Each session will be chaired by researchers with experience of EU research projects and funding, and will follow a flexible format allowing for the sharing of comment, ideas and suggestions by the participants.
Conclusions
The proceedings will close with the Chairs of each thematic session presenting their conclusions to the conference, and a question and answer session.
