Why accepting to join the Steering Committee of NutrEvent 2011? What are your expectations from the event itself?
"We have to be aware that it is useless to discuss regional or even national progress. So a conference in a North-Western European setting is just what we need, to join forces and build the networks which will have a major impact."

How do you think this kind of partnering event can help both the academia and the industries to meet their expectations? How can it be useful for the future of the Nutrition & Health sector?
"We must rethink the concept of industrial research and academic tracks, and the interaction (or industry-led) approaches. Once optimized, we can gain both in better science and better industry, improving health & longevity."
