You are cordially invited to participate in the 2nd Kiel Food Science Symposium to be held in Kiel, Germany, from May 22 to 23, 2012.
The symposium will address various aspects of scientific research on Functional Food and Food Safety with a focus on dairy products and seafood.
Internationally recognized experts will present keynote lectures on the standard of knowledge in the fields:
- Bioactive peptides from food proteins
- Functional food from marine resources
- Pathogenic microorganisms in food
- Health risk of parasites in fish
