Max Rubner Conference 2011 on Food Metabolomics
which will take place from October 09-11, 2011
at the Max Rubner-Institut in Karlsruhe, Germany.
The conference seeks to cover the whole range of metabolomics applications in
food sciences and research and will bring together those scientists interested
in this future-orientated analytical technology. Leading international experts
will define the state-of-the-art in this field and will present advantages as
